GLOBAL TRUST FIRM does NOT charge commissions if and when the title is transferred “back” to the original owner, or when the title is transferred to a third party, regardless of whom that third party may be. (Registration fees do apply, but not commissions.) The exception to this case is when the title is transferred to heirs and only if they do not want to continue with the Trust. |
