GLOBAL TRUST FIRM will not create a Trust whose object is illegal in any other country of the world, even if the activity is considered legal in Costa Rica .

If any Trust were to be created without knowing of its illegality in another country, GLOBAL TRUST FIRM will cancel the Trust and will register the assets under the client's name.
