Can the actions and legal problems that may affect the owner of the Trust affect the assets held in the Trust?

No.

However, if the Trust was formed with the ultimate purpose of avoiding responsibilities in an illegal manner, the contract may be nullified by a Judge. Furthermore, GLOBAL TRUST FIRM reserves its right to cancel a Trust and thus assign a title back to the owner, if reasonable doubt should arise about the legality of the title's proceedings, or if the legitimacy and/or moral integrity of the client in keeping its name in anonymity are questionable
