A Trust is a Private Contract by which a person (the trustor) transfers the ownership of all or part of his assets to a Fiduciary company (the trustee or Fiduciary), for the realization of a licit purpose that this person (the trustor) requests in the corresponding contract and for the benefit of a third party ( Beneficiary ).
